Project Pass terms

The service

Budg-IT is a private online planner for self-build and renovation projects. It helps you organise budgets, quotes, tasks, payments, documents and snags. It does not provide construction, legal, financial, tax, planning or professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and for checking requirements with appropriate professionals.

Your Project Pass

A Project Pass is a one-time payment for one project: £49 for the first project bought by each of the first 100 customers, and £99 for other purchases. Pending checkouts reserve a launch place until completed or confirmed expired. The price is shown before payment. Existing paid passes are unchanged. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. A separate project needs its own pass. The pass gives editing access to the existing planner features for that project, including pauses and snagging, while Budg-IT remains available.

Free trial

Your first saved project starts a 14-day free trial. No payment card is needed for the trial and there is no automatic charge. When the trial ends, you can still view and export your records and download available documents. Editing resumes when that project has a Project Pass.

Buying a pass

Before paying, you will see the price and these terms. Payments are collected securely by Stripe for RCM IMPACT MARKETING LTD. A pass is linked to the signed-in account and selected project used at checkout. Keep your sign-in email secure: we cannot transfer a pass to an unrelated account without checking ownership.

Acceptable use

Use Budg-IT only for lawful project planning. Do not upload unlawful content, malicious files, passwords, payment-card information, identity documents or information you do not have the right to use. We may restrict access where needed to protect the service, other users or the law.

Service availability and records

We work to keep Budg-IT available, but online services can occasionally be interrupted. Keep copies of important original documents and export your project records regularly. A Project Pass does not replace your own records, professional advice or statutory rights.
